Environmental Achievements
- Four hotels obtained EarthCheck Platinum Certification; four hotels received Gold Certified status, four hotels with Silver Certified, and one hotel with Bronze Benchmarked.
- Implemented various green practices in hotels, including optimizing plant and equipment efficiency, LED light retrofits, phasing out disposable plastics, installing water-saving fixtures, and promoting sustainable food choices.
- Langham Place Mall attained the highest rating – Final Platinum under BEAM Plus EB V2.0 Comprehensive Scheme.
- Implemented ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard at managed properties.
- Implemented various energy-saving measures in properties, including LED lighting retrofits, VSD for pumps and air handling units, and the use of underground water for irrigation.
- Demand Control Ventilation with IoT Technology at Three Garden Road carpark reduced energy and carbon emissions by more than 30% annually.
Social Achievements
- Partnership with Hong Chi Association, Heep Hong Society, and Caritas Vocational Training Centre to employ persons with disabilities.
- Launched health & safety campaign, wellness and exercise month, and promoted physical and mental wellness.
- Organized CSR activities, interest classes, sports clubs, and recreational events for employees.
- Implemented health and safety measures in hotels and properties, including a group-wide Occupational Health and Safety Policy and ISO 45001 standard implementation.
- Launched the Risk Preparedness Video Competition to cultivate risk preparedness culture.
