Environmental Achievements

  • Reduced carbon emissions compared to FY2023. This is attributed to several strategic measures implemented across our operations, this includes: transitioned to energy-efficient LED light tubes; adopted company policies aimed at optimizing international travel practices. These policies include encouraging online meetings as the preferred mode of communication and permitting flight travel only when absolutely necessary and online meetings are not feasible.

Social Achievements

  • Organized various engaging activities aimed at fostering team spirit and camaraderie among employees, including traditional events like the Sportsfest, Team Building sessions, and Company Outings, and virtual activities such as the Dice Game.
  • Participated in “Box-All-You-Can Can Fruits and Vegetables” by Rural Rising, donating produce to community pantries.
  • Partnered with NGO “Lingap Angat,” providing free tutorial classes and donating school supplies.

Governance Achievements

  • Maintained overall compliance record within the group and zero substantiated cases of corruption or other improprieties.
