Organized several training courses on sustainability, with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Over 10,000 hours of the approximately 60,000 total training hours were dedicated to sustainability topics. More than 1,000 participants attended sustainability training courses. 54% of Top Management received ESG training.
