Environmental Challenges

• Exploration and Development Risk: inherent risk in mineral exploration, no guarantee of economic viability even with discovery.
• Future Capital Requirements: dependence on securing additional funding through debt or equity issues or partial sale of mineral properties.
• Native Title and Aboriginal Heritage: uncertainty associated with native title and Aboriginal heritage issues.
• Environmental Risks: impact on the environment from exploration and mining activities.
• Climate Change: risks related to climate change affecting project areas, government policies, and industry operations.

Mitigation Strategies

• The Directors will closely monitor the potential effect of native title claims or heritage sites involving the Group’s projects.
• The Group conducts its activities in compliance with all environmental laws.
• Management believe there are sufficient funds to meet the Group’s working capital requirements as at the date of this report. Subsequent to period end the Group has received additional funds through the issue of equity securities.
