Social Achievements

  • Signed a worldwide agreement with UNI Global Union on gender equality in the workplace, combating discrimination and violence, and work-life balance.
  • Implemented a responsible purchasing policy embedding CSR in supplier relationships.
  • Carried out 180 supplier assessments in 2020, resulting in corrective action plans for 57 suppliers.
  • Conducted 728 on-site audits through JAC between 2010 and 2020, resulting in 665 corrective action plans.
