Environmental Achievements
- Started demanding emission reports for CO2 equivalents (CO2e) from the entire production and transport chain in accordance with EN 16258.
- Entered into an agreement to install solar cells on the roof of the Group’s new distribution centre (to be finalized in autumn 2023).
- Installed cooling radiators at its head office in Gothenburg, using district cooling and recovering heat for district heating.
- Adapted the server hall to increased risks of floods and changing weather conditions.
Social Achievements
- Launched a new onboarding programme for new employees.
- Increased health and wellness allowance, allowing employees up to two hours a week for physical and/or mental health.
- Published its Offensive Treatment Policy.
