  • Initiating a new form of social contribution where urban companies own, maintain, and manage forests to contribute to environmental conservation.

Social Achievements

  • Promoting the five initiatives of "Active participation of foreign employees", "Active participation of senior employees", "Active participation of female employees", "Support for the next generation", and "Establishment of a fair and equitable personnel system" to create a corporate culture where each employee can fully utilize their strengths regardless of nationality, age, or gender.

Governance Achievements

  • Implementing a restricted stock compensation system to provide incentives for directors (excluding outside directors) to achieve sustainable improvement in corporate value and further value sharing with shareholders.
  • Establishing the "Internal Control Basic Policy" to ensure the proper conduct of business.
