- Reduced energy consumption by more than 30% in the office building using a chilled ceiling cooling system.
- Saved approximately 3 million kWh of electricity per year through various energy-saving initiatives.
- Achieved an average 9% monthly saving in energy through the use of high-efficiency motors and energy feedback in the Materials Handling System (MHS).
