  • Reduced energy consumption by more than 30% in the office building using a chilled ceiling cooling system.
  • Saved approximately 3 million kWh of electricity per year through various energy-saving initiatives.
  • Achieved an average 9% monthly saving in energy through the use of high-efficiency motors and energy feedback in the Materials Handling System (MHS).
  • Rebuilt and reused MHS parts worth more than HKD 1.7 million, reducing waste.
  • Increased recycling of plastic, paper, and metal by nearly 50% (in volume) compared to 2014.
