- Launched Green Farm Group in March 2018 to provide more business opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs).
- Developed the General Employer Action Plan under the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace to create an environment conducive to the continued employment of women.

- Established a company café (MARVE CAFE) operated by staff with disabilities, donating proceeds to CSR activities.
- Formulated the General Business Owner's Action Plan to support employees' work-life balance, aiming to increase the percentage of women in management to at least 15% and maintain 100% coverage of childcare leave for women and increase the percentage of men who take childcare leave to 100%.
- Implemented various employee welfare programs including childcare support, anniversary leave, refresh leave, support for club activities, intracompany sales system for new consumer games, and a subsidy system for online entertainment costs.
- Provided annual health checkups, influenza vaccinations, health management guidance, stress checks, and overtime management.
