Environmental Achievements

  • Global Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions decreased significantly compared to the financial year ended 30 September 2019 as a result of site closures due to the widespread lockdowns in many of the countries in which we operate.
  • In the USA, won a SEAL Environmental Initiative Award for our Carbon Foodprint tool, which is used to reduce carbon emissions, energy, water and waste in the kitchen, while identifying opportunities for chefs to redesign their menus to help lower greenhouse gas emissions.
