  • Increased female participation in Australian Football to over 318,000 (25% of total participation).
  • Launched Next Generation AFL club academies to increase opportunities for Indigenous and multicultural players.
  • Established the AFL Indigenous Advisory Council to advise on Indigenous strategy and policies.
  • Raised over $2.4 million for the Cure for MND Foundation through the Big Freeze at the 'G.
  • Raised over $80,000 for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA).
  • Secured the largest broadcasting rights agreement for any Australian sporting body.

  • Implemented changes to the Match Review Panel and AFL Tribunal to simplify the judiciary process.

  • Introduced equalisation measures to transfer revenues from top clubs and implement a soft cap on non-player football department expenditure.
  • Accepted the CAS decision regarding Essendon players and implemented list concessions.
