  • Achieved a 90% completion rate and an 86% engagement score in an employee engagement survey.
  • 100% of objectives related to sustainable workforce practices (hiring, onboarding, training, and retention) were achieved.

  • Expanded the remit of the Audit and Risk Committee to include oversight of ESG and sustainability matters.
  • Developed a comprehensive materiality assessment to establish highly material topics for strategy development and reporting.
