  • Developed a group-wide travel policy to regulate employee travel and promote virtual meetings.

  • Achieve an adjusted EBIT margin of 40 percent by 2026.
Short-term Goals:
  • Grow sales within Educational Products by at least 10 percent.
  • Improve the gross margin by streamlining production and procurement.
  • Increase the number of customers connected to the cloud-based software.

Environmental Challenges

  • Weaker growth in simulator sales due to the absence of the usual fourth-quarter sales boost, challenges in China, and tough comparison quarters.
  • Short-term uncertainty increased due to the economic climate and the anti-corruption campaign in China.
  • War in Israel (although marginally affecting business).

  • Systematic efforts by employees in the finance department to improve KPIs such as accounts receivable.
  • Good cost control and a healthy adjusted EBIT margin.
