  • Expanded environmental monitoring program to encompass waste and an enhanced list of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions alongside current water, energy, and Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions reporting.

Social Achievements

  • Annual unconscious bias training for all associates
  • Inclusive leadership training with the executive team in fiscal year 2023
  • Launched a diverse small business grant program in partnership with the NAACP in 2023
  • Committed $1.5 million over three years (2021-2023) to support philanthropic pillars including water safety, DEI, health and wellness, and disaster relief.

  • In 2024 we continued our efforts to provide greater depth around waste and Scope 3 category data within our environmental management program.
  • Expanding our environmental monitoring program to encompass waste and an enhanced list of Scope 3 greenhouse gas (“GHG”) emissions alongside our current water, energy, and Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions reporting.

Social Achievements

  • Our executive leadership team, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council (Dive In), and associates from across the Company work together to welcome everyone and inspire each other, each and every day.

  • Sustainability and social responsibility oversight has been a top priority for us since we became a public company in October 2020.
  • Commenced Board declassification in 2023 with implementation of the Certificate of Incorporation, with classified Board to be phased out by 2027
