Mitigation Strategies

The net proceeds from the rights issue amount to approximately SEK 31.0 million, which the company considers sufficient to cover the working capital needs for the coming twelve-month period. The company has also obtained guarantee commitments corresponding to approximately 97 percent of the issue volume and subscription commitments corresponding to approximately 3 percent of the issue volume. Alternative financing options will be explored if the rights issue is not fully subscribed and the guarantors do not fulfill their commitments.
