  • Increased Agency output following the successful engagement of a young dynamic team, with a total of 40 new employees engaged between May and December. Reduction in staff turnover to 8% from 38% and 19% in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

Governance Achievements

  • Agency Management worked with the Advisory Board to review and report on its performance at the half year mark in July, in line with the Corporate Governance framework.
