- Achieved 'Management' level status in 2022 Climate Action submission to the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), moving up two levels from 2021.
- Overall gross reduction of 172.63 tCO2e and net reduction of 183.58 tCO2e in 2022 from the 2021 UK carbon emission figure.
- Moved Bracknell office to a location that provided green energy, contributing to a decrease in Net Carbon across Scope 2 emissions.
- Planted 7,000 trees in partnership with Plant-for-the-Planet.
- Philippines team planted 231 trees of native species through GCash Forest.
Social Achievements
- Launched a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Centre of Excellence.
