• Hospitality industry was severely affected during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Ongoing disputes with New Delhi Municipal Corporation (‘NDMC’) regarding the increase in license fees and termination of license.

Mitigation Strategies

• Refinanced debt through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures and cleared all existing loans from financial institutions.
• NDMC has assured the Court that it will not take coercive action against the Company.
