- Achieved a declining trend in CO2 emissions in fiscal 2018 due to a drop in production volume and improved CO2 emissions intensity through a review of electric power suppliers and factory reorganization.
- Reduced packaging weight for Almond Peak and Kobe Roasted Chocolat by 4.1 metric tons in FY2018.
- Removed straws from 500ml Café au Lait containers in March 2019 to address marine plastic waste.
- Several factories achieved zero emissions.

- Launched ICREO Akachan (Baby) Milk, the first liquid baby formula in Japan, to support infant care and disaster preparedness.
