  • Global restructuring and cost reduction plan announced (expected $6.7 million savings in 2016).
  • Consolidation and streamlining of product lines in Foil Technology Products and Force Sensors segments.
  • Relocating force sensor manufacturing from higher labor cost locations to owned facility in India.
