Environmental Achievements
- Reduced net energy consumption by 18,602 MBTUs, equivalent to the electricity use of 753 households.
- Reduced GHG emissions by 3,868 metric tons through corporate recycling program.
- Opened two new fulfillment centers (Lakeland, FL and Charlotte, NC) resulting in operational efficiency and environmental performance improvement—reducing footprint, energy usage and GHG emissions.
Social Achievements
- Created a new, state-of-the-art Learning & Development Center from a repurposed building, preventing waste and investing $5 million.
- Expanded partnerships with HBCUs and broadened partnerships to engage veterans to diversify talent base.
- Added new employee benefits and advantages, including options for individual and family health care coverage, resources for mental health and investment opportunities.
Governance Achievements
- Began due diligence to expand Quality Management program in 2023, and will implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in 2024 to enhance and audit environmental, health and safety programs.
- Launched inaugural Sustainability Report in 2022 to increase transparency and better track and measure progress on ESG metrics.
- Established the office of Vice President of ESG in 2022.
