  • Received a Standard Interim Judgement for Governance, Services, and Financial Viability in 2021.
  • Implemented a new Complaints Policy and Procedure in April 2024, complying with the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales model policy.
  • Updated Board Recruitment and Succession Policy in 2022 to incorporate the Rooney Rule.

Climate Goals & Targets

  • Achieve decarbonisation goals outlined in RHA Optimise strategy by 2030.

  • Complete stock assessment and target energy pathway requirements in line with Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023.
