- Installed Solar PV or Solar PV and battery storage to 61 homes (3% of housing stock), improving EPC ratings from high C/low B to high B/A.
- All new homes built achieve EPC rating A.

- Launched Rent Debt Share Scheme, improving rent arrears performance.
- Provided food parcels and financial support for tenants in hardship.

- Received a Standard Interim Judgement for Governance, Services, and Financial Viability in 2021.
- Implemented a new Complaints Policy and Procedure in April 2024, complying with the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales model policy.
- Updated Board Recruitment and Succession Policy in 2022 to incorporate the Rooney Rule.

- Achieve decarbonisation goals outlined in RHA Optimise strategy by 2030.

- Complete stock assessment and target energy pathway requirements in line with Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023.

- Overheating in airtight new dwellings.
