  • Fitch Ratings affirmed the ‘A’ rating on approximately $49 million of outstanding bonds.
  • Completed a SMS gap analysis to meet FAA’s mandate for an airport-wide safety management system (SMS).

Mitigation Strategies
  • Hosting career days, posting job signage, creating an employee referral bonus program, providing gas card stipends, focusing on retention.
  • Contracting with ACS Firm for diverse recruiting, partnering with Henrico County CTE program.
  • Implementing a risk-based approach to wildlife management, establishing a comprehensive cybersecurity and business interruption plan, and implementing a safety management system.
