Environmental Achievements
- Recorded scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions. Completed a full scope 3 screening to identify material scope 3 categories.
Social Achievements
- Implemented a tool for continuous measurement of employee engagement providing insights per team and across the entire company.
- Increased support for psychological safety by cooperation with a company that provides psychological help and mindfulness training for employees.
- Allocated budget for initiatives to support digital inclusion.
Governance Achievements
- ESG strategy (Environmental, Social and Governance) for Fellowmind was completed in late 2021 and adopted by the Board in February 2022.

Environmental Achievements
- Expanded reporting on Scope 3 categories and enhanced data quality for emissions reporting, laying the groundwork for their 2024 decarbonisation strategy.
- Implemented Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability with OSTP, a Finnish stainless steel manufacturer, to digitize sustainability reporting and optimize emissions data.
Social Achievements
- Organized an Eid celebration to highlight Muslim colleagues and promote inclusivity.
- Donated 10,000 EUR each to three regional associations supporting digital inclusion (Kodcentrum in Sweden, Digihulplijn in the Netherlands, and Stoop.nu in Denmark).
