Environmental Achievements
- Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL): Reduced energy intensity by 3%, water intensity by 23%, and emission intensity by 15% compared to FY18. Planted 21.64 lakh trees.
- Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL): Achieved a Sustainalytics ESG Risk Rating of 'Low Risk' with a score of 14.6. Avoided 7.5 Mn ton CO2 emission in H1 FY23. 99.7% less fresh water consumption per unit of generation.
- Adani Ports and SEZ Ltd (APSEZ): Reduced energy intensity by 47%, water consumption intensity by 64%, and emission intensity by 43% compared to FY15. Mangrove afforestation of 3239 Ha.
- Adani Transmission Ltd (ATL): Achieved Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWL) for all O&M sites. Attained SUP free for all sites.
Social Achievements
- Adani Portfolio: Women-led social enterprises touched 3.7 million lives across 2,409 villages. Spent 430 Cr+ on CSR activities.
- AGEL: Provided 1,671 direct/indirect job opportunities. Employee retention rate of 90%.
- APSEZ: Community based skill development program enrolled 109,307 people.
Governance Achievements
- AGEL: Increased percentage of Independent Directors in existing Board Committees. Newly formed Board Committees including Corporate Responsibility Committee.
- ATL: Improved board strength and independence. Enhanced disclosures through formation of new committees.

Long-term Goals:
- ATL: Achieve 60% GHG emission intensity reduction by FY29.
Medium-term Goals:
- AGEL: Achieve 100% water neutral and zero waste to landfill operating capacity by FY25.
- ATL: Achieve 60% renewable energy in power mix by FY27, 70% GHG emission intensity reduction by FY30.
- APSEZ: Achieve mangrove afforestation target of 5000 Ha by FY25.

- AEL: Maintain safety performance and continue waste management initiatives.
