- Achieved Milestone 2020 goals in 2019, ahead of schedule, including reducing water withdrawal intensity by 40% and CO2 intensity (Scope 1 and 2) by 34% (vs. 2005)
- Three tire manufacturing facilities (Bilbao, Puente San Miguel and Burgos) and one tire cord facility (Usansolo), all in Spain, sourced 100% of their electricity from renewable sources in 2018. Additionally, three facilities in Europe (Tatabanya, Hungary, and Stargard and Poznan, Poland) are powered by 100% renewable electricity in 2020.
