Environmental Challenges

  • As of September 30, 2019, the Company had a working capital deficit of $4,558,902 and accumulated deficit $13,566,626. For the nine months ended September 30, 2019, the Company had a net loss of $3,065,571 and net cash used by operating activities of $1,728,934. The Company’s cash balance and revenues generated are not currently sufficient and cannot be projected to cover its operating expenses for the next twelve months from the date of this report. These matters raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
