Environmental Achievements
- Awarded ‘carbonreduce’ certification from Toitū for New Zealand operations in December 2021, demonstrating a commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and compliance with ISO 14064-1.
- Responsibly disposing of waste fuel in Trinidad operations since 2018, with certificates of recycling from Kaizen.
- Re-use of fuel samples in Trinidad operations to reduce fuel waste.
Social Achievements
- Introduced Search and Rescue Crewperson cadetship in Australia and A&P Mechanic Apprenticeship in the United States in 2020 to foster employee development and diversity.
- Successfully transitioned operations during Hurricane Ida in 2021, providing significant employee relief efforts.
- Local hiring initiatives in Ghana, Philippines, Trinidad & Tobago, and Cyprus, resulting in a majority local workforce in several locations.
