Social Achievements
- Launched the Women and Girls in Rugby System Strategy, a 10-year strategy to boost engagement for women and girls.
- Launched the NZR Pasifika Strategy 2024-2029 to create more equitable opportunities for Pasifika at all levels of the game.
- Increased women and girls' rugby participation by 20%.
- Achieved 44% female representation on the NZR Board.
- Supported Campbell Johnstone, the first All Black to publicly come out as gay.
