- In 2020, following the spread of the Covid-19 virus, Fervi promptly adopted appropriate measures to counter the virus and protect the health of its employees and collaborators through the sanitization of premises, the purchase of personal protective equipment, temperature measurement with thermal scanners, the dissemination of hygiene and social distancing rules. To contain personnel costs, it was decided not to activate social safety nets and other forms of public support but to use past holidays in order to maintain the salary level of employees unchanged.
