In addition, approximately 87.0% of our U.S. employees have chosen to voluntarily disclose their race and/or ethnicity to us, of which approximately 26.1% are racially or ethnically diverse.

- Elevated churn exacerbated by the macroeconomic environment during fiscal 2024.
- Unfavorable conditions in the economy both in the United States and abroad may negatively affect the growth of our business and our results of operations.
- Rising inflation and other macroeconomic pressures in the U.S. and the global economy could exacerbate extreme volatility in the global capital markets and heighten unstable market conditions.
Mitigation Strategies
- The Company is currently working with an external sustainability consultant to implement a multi-year strategy for our ESG program and reporting.
- We continue to optimize our sales and marketing expense and seek efficiencies in our investments.
- We continually examine our options with respect to terms and sources of existing and future short-term and long-term capital resources to enhance our operating results and to ensure that we retain financial flexibility, and may from time to time elect to raise capital through the issuance of additional equity or the incurrence of debt.
