  • Reduced theft cases by 24 (a decrease of 53%) to 21 cases than the last year’s record
  • Reduced Lost Time Incident Rate to 1.23 compared to 3.0 in 2019 and 1.3 in 2018

  • Launched GDEX new philosophy, which comprises new core values, management principles, corporate qualities, and goals
