  • Enhance the risk management system by developing and effectively utilizing law firms, strengthening the selection of agenda items by the Risk Countermeasures Committee and the Compliance Committee, and developing organizational structures and human resources related to legal, compliance, and risk management
  • Formulate a systematic plan in the human resources department and further enhance training for directors
  • Review the content of the reports at the Board of Directors meetings in order to engage in higher quality discussions and active exchange of opinions among internal and outside directors
