Environmental Achievements

  • Launched the first fully renewable milk carton in the U.S., with a 16% smaller carbon footprint than traditional cartons.
  • Saved over 11,000 lbs. of plastic from landfills by eliminating plastic lids on paper cartons.
  • Implemented a composting program at the processing plant and business office.
  • Invested in a plastic baler, recycling 91,754 pieces of plastic.

Social Achievements

  • Donated $205,000 to Petaluma Valley Hospital (including community matching funds) to purchase ventilators and supplies.
  • Donated hundreds of pounds of product to food-insecure communities.
  • Launched a new "CloFam" family planning program offering up to $3,000 in reimbursement for infertility treatments, IVF, etc.
