Unforeseen delays in collecting, compiling and integrating financial and other related data from a merger with Medytox Solutions, Inc. Complexity in integrating financial statements, data, and accounting systems required substantial time and attention from management, IT, and financial/accounting staff. This caused delays in the year-end financial statement closing process and preparation of documentation for the 2015 Form 10-K.
