  • Launched "Pairings," a focused restaurant offering a wine and food pairing lunch, expanding to include "Pairings Food & Wine Experiences," community-style wine dinners.

Climate Goals & Targets

Medium-term Goals:
  • Release wines under Pambrun and Elton labels, complete facility construction for Elton Vineyard in 2024.
Short-term Goals:
  • Increase production capacity to meet future demand, plant approximately 76 acres of vineyards in 2017, plant approximately 75 acres of vineyards in 2018.
