Environmental Achievements

  • Offset operational carbon footprint via ‘plant a tree – protect a tree’ initiative, supporting tree planting projects in UK schools and REDD in Brazil.
  • Received a B- score from CDP for environmental disclosure.

Social Achievements

  • Introduced specialist third party, confidential online counselling and support sessions for employees.
  • Improved gender balance within investment team; 23% women as at 31 December 2021.

Governance Achievements

  • Launched Responsible Investing Oversight Committee.
  • Became a signatory of the FRC’s Stewardship Code in March 2022.

  • Aim to join the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative.

  • Grow the assets managed in our range of dedicated responsible and sustainable funds.
