- Offset operational carbon footprint via ‘plant a tree – protect a tree’ initiative, supporting tree planting projects in UK schools and REDD in Brazil.

- Introduced specialist third party, confidential online counselling and support sessions for employees.
- Improved gender balance within investment team; 23% women as at 31 December 2021.
Governance Achievements
- Launched Responsible Investing Oversight Committee.
