  • Reduced greenhouse gas emissions from 13,768,503 kg CO2e in 2017 to 6,799,393 kg CO2e in 2018. This includes direct emissions (Scope 1) and energy indirect emissions (Scope 2).
  • Reduced waste production through initiatives like promoting waste reduction among employees, implementing solid waste and effluent waste control, and recycling paper and plastic.
  • Installed VFDs to regulate large capacity motors, replaced incandescent lighting with ESL and LED lights, adopted thermal controls, and reduced the overall number of light tubes in the hotel to reduce energy consumption.
  • Repaired water pipes to address water leaks and implemented water conservation plans.
  • Successfully achieved zero fatalities in workplace safety.
